We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are shipped via PostNL from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been handed over to PostNL.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by PostNL or other courier services once your order has been handed over to them.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
